Sponge Production Line
SPL is a high-tech automated line for cutting polyurethane foam and polyester fiber. This process line produces sponges starting from laminated material, and it can be enriched with special option modules, such as a milling system with a vacuum system, a printing station, and rotation conveyor. The sponges can therefore be provided with a nail guard and a printed logo. The line is fully automated and managed by SPL software that has been developed especially for this equipment.

| Milling station | The milling machine creates the nail saver, the groove in the lateral part of the sponge. It conveys and processes the sponges one by one at high speed. It features a vacuum system which removes the resulting dust. |
| Printing station | The printing station operates on the sponge by printing the company logo on it. It's fast and accurate. |
| FLIP CONVEYOR | This conveyor rotates the sponges by 90°, preparing them for other processes or packaging. |
