HDS

Heavy-duty horizontal cutting system

The HDS is a heavy-duty horizontal cutting machine equipped with a structural blade guide that ensures ultra-precise cuts. Perfect for processing conventional polyurethane, as well as rubbery, semi-rigid, and closed-cell materials.

Carousel

Horizontal Rotary Table System

CAROUSEL is an automatic horizontal slitter with a rotating table. It can cut sheets of any thickness quickly and automatically. The table features a vacuum system and a specially coating for maximum grip even at the highest rotation speed, and each cutting cycle can be fully programmed. Depending on their dimensions, it can cut up to 9 blocks in a single cycle.

HS

Horizontal Linear Bench System

HS is our horizontal slitter, which can create sheets and slabs out of PU blocks. It features a horizontal moving table equipped with a vacuum system. With its high processing speed and low friction materials, it cuts great volumes of material in short time.

HSC-T

Horizontal system with conveyor and take-away

Being a full-optional horizontal slitter, HSC-T is the go-to system for the massive production of PU sheets and slabs. It’s equipped with a conveyor system for the quick processing and the automatization of loading/unloading procedures, and with a take-away belt which speeds up all storage and packaging phases.

HSM-S

Horizontal slitter for soles

HSM-S is a horizontal slitter specifically designed for cutting shoe soles. It features a moving table with multiple housings for PU blocks, which can be tilted to perform cuts at different angles. These pre-cut blocks can then be used for further processing in shoe lines. The blocks are held in position by grappling needle system and a side presser. This system also features a take-away belt for the collection of the cut parts, and a PLC to program fully automatic cutting cycles.

GWIRE

Manual Wire Pantograph

GWIRE is a horizontal wire cutting machine. Also defined as copying machine, it can cut through any kind of PU manually, being guided by the user. It features a movable arc and high-grip table, a lateral area for setting shapes to guide the arc, and a dust vacuum system.
