MS-A

Semi-automatic milling system

MS-A is a semi-automatic machine for milling PU foam sponges, equipped with a two-station rotating platform: one station dedicated to manual loading and the other automatically operated for material processing and shaping.

SPL

Sponge Production Line

SPL is a high-tech automated line for cutting polyurethane foam and polyester fiber. This process line produces sponges starting from laminated material, and it can be enriched with special option modules, such as a milling system with a vacuum system, a printing station, and rotation conveyor. The sponges can therefore be provided with a nail guard and a printed logo. The line is fully automated and managed by SPL software that has been developed especially for this equipment.

SL

Sponge Production Line

Our SL is the essential line you need to cut sponges starting from stripes. The cutting station guarantees high productivity operating with four discs simultaneously, for maximum efficiency. This fast and reliable system can be furtherly equipped with a wide array of optionals. Build your line exactly as you want it to be.

MS

Manual Milling System

This milling machine produces polyurethane foam parts in various shapes and sizes. Using the milling device in the middle, the system can shape circular, oval, and other profiles, depending on the shape and milling heads used. The machine features two working stations and an integrated vacuum system to remove any residue.
