STS

Semi-automatic tilting vertical system

STS is a patented semi-automatic tilting system for precise cuts across materials of various thicknesses. It features adjustable height, a motorized table, cutting speed control, and a tilting range from 0° to 90°. Safety is a priority with a movable arch that exposes only the necessary blade for cutting. Integrated software automates axis settings for precise dimensions and angles, making the STS efficient, versatile, and user-friendly.

AVT

Automatic vertical trimmer

The AVT vertical cutter is an automatic system for trimming and cleaning PU blocks. It’s equipped with rotating cutting heads, and serial conveyors. Extremely accurate and fast, it’s capable of cutting a block perimeter according to the set dimensions and it’s the ideal starting point for any automatic production line.

Automatic Vertical System

The AVS is an automatic vertical cutter. It can quickly and automatically cut slabs and sheets of any thickness, as the arc and fences movements are electrically controlled. It is designed to provide precise cutting in two directions and is ready for production after a quick setup.

VTS

Manual Tilting Vertical System

VTS is a tilting blade vertical cutter. The blade angle is adjustable up to ±45° semi-automatically. Equipped with a twisted band knife, it can cut polyurethane blocks in both directions. The fence is manually adjustable, and it features a scale and a cutting selector, allowing a positioning accurate to the millimeter.

AVT-H

Automatic vertical trimmer

AVT-H is a vertical trimming system specifically designed for mattresses and for cleaning blocks. Its structure is equipped with serial conveyors and rollers for a direct application in a process line. It’s perfectly suitable for the last production passage in a bedding plant, right before packaging.

SVS is a semi-automatic vertical cutter. It can cut slabs and sheets of any thickness quickly and accurately. The arc movement is commanded electrically, whilst the fence is moved and adjusted manually, with the aid of a cutting selector. It’s built to cut perfectly in two directions, with the minimal effort by the user.

The VS is a manual vertical bandsaw It can cut slabs and sheets of any thickness quickly and precisely. All movements are controlled by the operator, making it a fast and versatile machine for all uses, especially for block preparation and trimming.
