The HDS is a heavy-duty horizontal cutting machine equipped with a structural blade guide that ensures ultra-precise cuts. Perfect for processing conventional polyurethane, as well as rubbery, semi-rigid, and closed-cell materials.

HSM-S is a horizontal slitter specifically designed for cutting shoe soles. It features a moving table with multiple housings for PU blocks, which can be tilted to perform cuts at different angles. These pre-cut blocks can then be used for further processing in shoe lines. The blocks are held in position by grappling needle system and a side presser. This system also features a take-away belt for the collection of the cut parts, and a PLC to program fully automatic cutting cycles.
