LF2000 è il software che controlla tutti i nostri sistemi CNC. È il supervisore che controlla i movimenti di tutti gli assi e gli apparati delle nostre macchine. Contiene tutto ciò che serve per programmare un ciclo di taglio, dalle funzioni automatiche fino a quelle di nesting. Inoltre permette una gestione CAD delle geometrie dei pezzi da tagliare.
LF2-Nesting è l’utilità software che permette di massimizzare l’utilizzo di un blocco e controllare attentamente la produttività del sistema.
Può creare immagini nestate con disegni differenti e già pronte al taglio, minimizzando gli sprechi sia di materiale che di tempo.
Ottimo sia per la personalizzazione e per un monitoraggio ravvicinato della produzione.

Our software coordinates production, warehouse operations and internal logistics, optimizing nesting and material waste reduction, managing material flows and guiding operators through automated picking systems.
LF2000 is the software platform that controls all our CNC systems. It acts as a dedicated supervisory system for managing axis movements and the mechanical components of the connected machine. It optimizes cutting operations through automatic functions and single-part nesting utilities, while allowing operators to manage the parts to be cut through an integrated CAD environment.
LF-Nesting is a utility designed to maximize block yield and reduce material waste. It efficiently arranges shapes by nesting them together and creating optimized cutting patterns, reducing both cutting time and material usage.
FemaWMS (Warehouse Management System) is a software programme designed and developed by Fema Industry to manage storage and picking operations in warehouses handling polyurethane blocks and/or other materials.
The software can be integrated with the NEXUM software and supported machinery, enabling the optimisation of block selection when organising subsequent work processes.
CIMAGE is an auxiliary system designed to capture and digitize shapes for processing on our cutting systems. This innovative solution reduces the need to use CAD software to detect and draw shapes, relying instead on digital acquisition and conversion into DXF format.
