MILLING STATION with vacuum
The milling station creates the nails-saver, the groove in the lateral part of the sponges. It conveys and acts on the sponges entire stripe at high speed. It features a vacuum system which removes the dust created in this process. This station supports a minimum sponge thickness of 48 mm
PRINTING STATION
The printing station operates on the sponge by printing the company logo in it. Fast in processing and accurate in execution
FLIP CONVEYOR
This conveyor is able to flip the sponges over, readying them for different procedures and modules such as the final packaging
ROTATION CONVEYOR
This conveyor rotates the sponges by 90°, preparing them for other working processes or for packaging
